I have been working at Casey's General Stores part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great people to work with. A lot of respect for the management team. A lot of mobility if you're willing.

    Cons

Pay is pretty low. Little incentive to be an assistant manager because the change is pay is too minimal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the pay so that you can attract better employees and retention.

    Application Details

I applied in-person. The process took a day - interviewed at Casey's General Stores in October 2013.

    Interview Details

It was painless they needed people I applied and was practically hired on spot. I applied in person with a resume, and was given an application to fill out as a technicality but it all went smooth it is a one page application and if you have your work experience like I did it goes fast.

    Interview Questions
    • Most questions are straight forward, some are new to those who haven't worked in retail where beer can be sold but the others easy.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
I was very flexable at first but when I started school they worked with me to adjust my hours.
