    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Castle Inspection Service.

    Interview

You will get an initial call from HR and they will ask you basic job skill questions such as can you read a ruler, do you own a computer, can you travel, have you dealt with customer directly, etc. If you pass this then you will interview with the region manager.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Well you get paid by the home and it is a set rate so there is not really any negotiating to be done.
