    Pros

    I never saw a company manager that spoke so highly of their employees or about how they wanted to make evryone satisfied in their work. I worked at their prior auth business for almost 2 years and I saw it all! When they bring in the new group manager everything started changing for the better! The managers care about helping staff now and nobody is riding us anymore.

    Cons

    No overtime anymore which is why I had to leave because I need the money for my family.

    Advice to Management

    Where ever you found the new guy, find more like him. He is the best thing to ever happen to Catamarn in a really long time.
