    Pros

    Very fast paced & dynamic. Incredible career growth opportunities. Very flat organization – executives are very hands on and easy to access (in particular the CEO & CFO who are extraordinary leaders with a finger on the pulse of the company). Great performers are rewarded & recognized. Catamaran will continue to see incredible growth, so it’s a very healthy company.

    Cons

    The fast-paced environment is daunting for some. You have got to be able to juggle multiple deliverables, have a very high passion for results & do whatever it takes to get the job done.

    Contacted by recruiter, interview scheduled, met with 3 different people. All pleasant people to talk with. All asked different questions. Seemed like they were interviewing many candidates for the position. Had a second interview scheduled with a different individual. No follow up or contact after the second interview.
