    I have been working at Catamaran

    Pros

    I'm still wondering where they got this new senior manager because he's probaby the best person I've ever seen at a clinical group manager. He met with every person in the group to tell us the our goals and stuff and then we see incredible changes with how pwoplw talk to us and manage us. The guy is always upbeat and could lead anyone. This is long overdo.

    Cons

    Training is to quick and not enough time to practice before we start taking calls. They do not have enough people to help us when were new. Everyone is new here and I herd they hired 75 people in last few months which is hard to learn with no experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get more managers like the senior guy. He gets everyone pumped up and happy. We would follow him anwhere!

    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Catamaran.

    Interview Details

    No call at the scheduled time! then I emailed her to check, she said she put a wrong date on her calendar.......

    Re-scheduled and the call last 5 mins, told me no sponsorship on H1b and bye-bye...(My application indicated that I needs H1b transferring)......

    Waste of a week with this company. Very disappointed with this company and its HR.
