Catapult will provide you the tools you need to be successful in your career, you just need to use them. If you are a good employee and have proven yourself, they bend over backwards to ensure that you remain one of their employees, even if they have to move you to another contract if the contract you are currently on is going to expire and not be renewed.

Contract work is difficult and unfortunately when you are placed in a work area sometimes it is difficult to move up; you may get added responsibilities, however, unlike working in a corporate environment, it can sometimes be hard to progress, regardless of continuing education.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When taking on new contracts, look at your employee database and take into consideration the qualifications that they list; some employees have the qualifications for you to hire them for the new contract from within which will benefit you by having proven dedicated and competent employees on the new contract, which will make you look even better to the new customer, and will also give your employee a chance to expand his experience and feel as if he is truly appreciated and recognized by their employer.
