I have been working at Cbol CorpPros
Stability, friendly co-workers, decent benefits, especially generous health insurance.Cons
I often get offended by supposedly current or former employees who don’t seem to mind lying at all to make their points. Let’s look at the 12/19 review purported to be written by a former project manager.
I can’t understand why you should discredit even some legitimate complaints with your outrageous lies.
You identified yourself as former project manager. If you really have worked for CBOL, you should know that no one can become a project manager by staying there for a “short time.”
Which team did you belong to? There isn’t a single team where someone who has worked only for two years is the oldest employee as you claimed. Most managers have worked here for many years if not decades.
I’ve congratulated several co-workers who left for a better opportunity that was open to them thanks to the good training they got at CBOL, obviously you are not one of them.
Please don’t worry about or speak for us, which is rather an insult to us who are working here. The only truth I can see is your burning hatred for the company, why don’t you get over it and get on with your life for your own sanity?

I applied through college or university. The process took a week – interviewed at Cbol Corp in October 2014.Interview Details
I was given a math test without any heads up, subsequently interviewed by 3 people. This interview was very confusing, because it seemed like they were willing to take anybody on. Their motto we train you A - Z you have to know how to do everything, we need a 3 year commitment, and need to the right attitude. Great but what are you offering in return? The interview felt more like an interrogation for them to find the deepest darkest secret of the candidate rather than having a good conversation. I can see now why people don't like working there, its mainly because anybody that would work here would be doing so for the money. This is a Korean company at the end of the day and there is a certain way they do things; unfortunately its now how things are done here. I can not imagine anybody that would want to stay here long-term. Moreover, I would like to add that they had succeeded. They're hiring strategy is to make you feel as horrible as possible and that doesn't deter you then, hop on it.Interview Questions
