I have been working at Cedar Fair full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great group of co-workers, my job was very challenging in a good way. Loved meeting people from all around the world. I was able to utilize my skills to improve the department. I enjoyed the freedom and the ability to work independently and explore new ways to achieve the training goals of the company.

    Cons

You have to enjoy working with people, and working weekends & holidays. Difficult to obtain a full-time year around position. I would still be there if I could have secured a permanent position.

it's all up to who is doing your interview and if their having a bad day or not and if they like you enough to give you a chance for the job that you applied for.sometime's if your turned down you can ask for a different person to interview you if you think there has been a mistake with why you were not hired the first time around, some people really abuse their authority with the position they have...

    Negotiation Details
they make you an offer and say that's just until they see what you can do and when your desperate for a job and they know it there's not much-room for a negotiation and you trust that they will be fair to you if you are a good worker.
