    I have been working at Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals


    Small, but very busy CRO firm. I was out of work and looking for job, so it was good place for me to learn new skills.


    Small and not always profitable organization. They laid-off peoples oftenly may be due to bad management policies. Not a good place to retire.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reshuffle some policies and clear out the junk.

    I applied online. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals.

    Interview Details

    Usual questions about knowledge / skills, strength, weaknesses. Some instrument related knowledge was discussed. Nothing too technical. It took 4 hours from start to finish but was very general as far as the process is concerned. Interviewers were reasonable.
