    So far so good.

I have been working at Celadon Trucking Services

I always have freight to move, even if they have to route me 500 paid miles to get it. They have sent me deadhead or bobtail over 200 miles for home time, that wasn't paid but they did get me home. Payed meals and room during training and orientation. Most trucks have inverters and built in refrigerator.

We are in a state of growth right now and I seam to have a new DM every week or two. The training school is over crowded with too few instructors. Payed zip code to zip code not door to door. I have one of the few trucks that does not have a built in inverter or refrigerator.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow all tolls and trust that your drivers are taking the best route, especially to go around NYC and other major cities on the I95 corridor. Do not try to crate them for out of route tolls especially if the tolls are cheaper than the approved.

They bring you in for a series of interviews. First with HR, second with the management in Customer Service. Both interviews are pretty basic interviews. They seem like they are really just trying to get to know what kind of person you are in general. The second interview can be a little more intense with two people asking you questions, they were very friendly during mine which made it easier. Make sure you bring a copy of your resume. (They do ask for it.) They were dressed in business casual attire during the interview and they both seem laid back and easy going. (It wasn't intimidating at all, which helped my nerves.) The interview lasted about a half hour and like I mentioned earlier, basic questions. (Tell me about yourself, Why Celadon?, Goals, why are you leaving your current job, tell me about a time where..... ect.) After the interview it took them one week to get back to me with an offer and a start date!! Very quick process in general, very straight forward.
