    Pros

    Centegra's Associates, Physicians and other providers are very committed to providing the best care to community members close to their homes. They invest in advanced technology and Associate education so we can give our best to our friends and neighbors.

    Cons

    It's a tough time to work in health care. Centegra has carefully planned to meet the needs of the community while adjusting to changed reimbursements. The new rules are making us all better, but there is a lot of change in the industry right now.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to lead with transparency and with confidence. Stick to your values and continue to expect the best from every Associate.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Centegra Health System.

    Interview Details

    applied online and heard within two weeks. There is a phone interview with HR which determines whether the application moves forward. If the HR phone interview goes well, then you have 2 in person interviews. The first interview is with management and the second is a peer interview. Both interviews consist of a lot of behavioral questions (what is a weakness, ask about your past jobs) and what you bring to the company.
