Great sales training program and development. Nice home discount and work environment.

Hard hours, but that is true for all home sales. Working alone for most of the day in an empty house.

    Advice to Management

Take a more hands on approach with new employees in teaching them how to network with realtors. Maybe have a "mentor" for the sales person who takes the new employee for a day to show them how to work their network.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Centex Homes (Mesa, AZ) in February 2010.

Easy interview process, no challenging questions, basic background type info, not much for job details, a lot of standard interview questions, all in all was pretty simple since I had no experience and still landed the job
