    Pros

Possibilities for growth, but only if you can brown-nose your way into staying during the cyclical times

    Cons

Cyclical business, so don't plan on making this a career. The average person will be out the door during one of the down-turns in the housing industry.

    Interview Details

Easy interview process, no challenging questions, basic background type info, not much for job details, a lot of standard interview questions, all in all was pretty simple since I had no experience and still landed the job
