    I worked at CentiMark full-time (More than 5 years)


    Many companies say there is "no limit" on the amount of commission you can make, but here is may actually be true. If you aren't making over $100k in 2 years you're either going to quit or be fired. If you follow the procedures and use the resources available you can end up with some nice paychecks!


    High stress and often communication issues between sales and operations. Varies office to office.

    Advice to Management

    Adjust the review process of jobs that are sold to avoid "tanked" jobs that pay no commission.

    I applied online. I interviewed at CentiMark.


    Telephone screening interview with a sales management guy from within the region, then I had a face to face with the same guy plus regional operations manager (oversees multiple branches) Finally a telephone interview with head of west division. Had to sign non compete for two years which they will enforce
