I worked at Central College (Less than a year)
The office I worked in had lots of younger employees and they were fun to be around. They made the work day less horrible.
The management is horrible and micromanages everything. They make it seem like they care about your thoughts and input but totally disregard your opinions and concerns. The turn over rate is fairly high for how small the college is. Office moral always seems to be at a low. No appreciation for the work that is done.
Advice to Management
Realize that you don't provide an environment that makes people excited to come in and work. The managers micromanage and it's often hard to come to them with a problem; partly because you don't know how management will handle hearing the problem but mostly because you know they'll have no idea how to help you.
