Unknown place with merger. However, I feel like this will bring more opportunities to staff.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Central DuPage Hospital in July 2013.

In-person interview with manager and team. The team asked many behavioral questions and took a lot of notes. Focus seemed to be on Customer Service and had to provide specific examples. It took approximately one hour and they gave a tour of the facility. After I left, HR followed up with me and started my references through an online site called Skill Survey. An offer was made within days.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked about how I handle conflict with a co-worker. Want to know how I managed the situation with the co-worker without having to get management involved.   1 Answer

Yes - was able to negotiate salary. I was not able to negotiate vacation or benefits.
