Do you have experience or an interest in banking, credit card services, accounting, finance, business development, account management, sales, or customer service?
We're looking for independent Outside Sales Representatives within the United States.
Central Payment has chosen several organizations to receive official corporate support and contributions in 2014. In addition, we have established a matching contribution program which allows us to increase the support for each of these worthy causes by making commensurate donations, subject to approval by Central Payment management, for donations made by our employees or sales representatives to any of these organizations.
We have concentrated our corporate support in 2014 for the following nonprofit organizations:
Lucile Packard’s Children’s Hospital
This is the 4th year in a row that CPAY is the head sponsor for the 2014 grocery bag give away at Glide, with an initial donation of $60,000 in addition to using 50% of our corporate staff to help hand out and fill the bags.
Infinite and uncapped earnings with upfront cash incentives (paid daily), bonuses and residual income. Awards (President’s Club), honors and sales contests held throughout the year.
Put money in your pocket with every merchant account you sign. Sales Directors (relationship managers) are in a position to offer weekly bonuses, monthly bonuses and other sales incentives.
Partner with Security
Central Payment formed a joint venture with TSYS (Total System Services – NYSE: TSS) in 2012, a leader in the card payment industry. We pride ourselves on being a debt-free and stable company in a recession-proof industry. Our focus is on the future of our Sales Representatives. You are our #1 customer. We are committed to building a long-term business relationship with you.
Everybody Loves Free
Our “Free Terminal program” allows you to give free equipment (Vx520 EMV/NFC capable / Vx680 wireless terminal / Virtual Terminals – PayHub / CPAY mobile & CPAY tablet processing) to your customers. Absolutely no strings attached and a great close-the-deal incentive.
A Great Bottom Line
Our guarantee is that we can match or beat any merchant's existing rates. In the rare case that we cannot, we will pay the merchant $250 for the time it took to match their price.
Exceptional Customer Support
We offer around-the-clock Customer Service and Technical Support, 24/7/365. Our vital support network serves to retain business and ensure best in class service for you and your customers.

I have been working at Central PaymentRecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
Unlimited income potential, not micro managed, amazing back-end support when I want it, outstanding support on the merchant side as well (CPay's tech support and customer care is all in house, 24/7/365....that's huge, no outsourced BS). Zero financial indemnification on my end and I'm almost a year in. Cpay is a direct processor, they can get low with their prices. It's good to know your company will work with numbers to open an account if your client isn't happy with the proposal. Pay out is same day, I've never had an issue with pay. By far the most buttoned up and transparent processor Ive worked for. I read one review here with the "Boiler Room" comment......well duh! This is sales partner. I've talked with multiple Directors with Cpay and compared to the other companies I singed deals for, these guys are pretty legit. I called my Director about 20 times in one day, I felt no heat. Give me a break. The Director's have assistants as well, furthest from sales mentality you can get, supper supportive and helpful.
You know the cons of working an independent contractor position, don't hate the players, hate the game. No Insurance, no base pay etc etc. Again, it's the nature of the independent contractor game.
Advice to Management
Keep it up. People going into this with reasonable expectations will probably truly enjoy working here. People wanting accounts handed to them are probably not going to last here long. People coming in upset with how the business has been set up and ran for years probably won't last here long. Keep doing what your doing.
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
Helpful (2)Declined OfferNegative ExperienceAverage Interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Central Payment (Los Angeles, CA) in December 2011.
I was contacted by email and then I spoke to a representative over the phone. He was kind of mean and strong but I got the job anyway. I then had to speak to him a couple more times over the phone but I eventually was ready to work.
Reasons for Declining
I declined because the employee told me his boss would come back soon but never did so I never got a contract signing that I thought I would be getting.
