I have been working at Central Payment full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Sales Director is always willing to take the time to mentor, encourage, and diffuse customer issues. Central Payment provides multiple tools for the success of outside sales. They also allow you to manage client accounts with access to your client information via web portal to maintain client retention.

    Cons

Central Payment does not offer lifetime residual payment and they have a minimum goal of 1 account per month or you do not get your residual pay for the accounts you have already acquired and maintain.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the monthly goal and pay residuals. It takes time to maintain customer accounts and client retention should be enough to continue getting your residual pay.

    Account Executive Interview

Anonymous Employee in Los Angeles, CA
    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Central Payment in December 2011.

    Interview Details

I was contacted by email and then I spoke to a representative over the phone. He was kind of mean and strong but I got the job anyway. I then had to speak to him a couple more times over the phone but I eventually was ready to work.

    Reasons for Declining

I declined because the employee told me his boss would come back soon but never did so I never got a contract signing that I thought I would be getting.
