I have been working at Central Washington University part-time (less than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookRecommendsPositive Outlook
I am going to school at Central Washington University Lynnwood campus. Currently, I work here. My supervisor is very nice because she always treats everyone with respect and thus we respect her. I love this school, and I hope that I will be lucky enough to become an employee here when I graduate.
Personally, I do not like non-native professors here. Otherwise, every staff and professors here are very very nice. They are kind of people want all of their students successful, so if you need their help, they will not make you disappointed.
Advice to Management
Regional director is very nice too. He is fun and easy to get along with. Overall, Central Washington University has a great management, professors and staff.

I applied through college or university. The process took a week – interviewed at Central Washington University.
Interview process was nothing out of the ordinary. We first had a phone interview with people who worked there and the person currently holding the position I was applying to then an in-person interview with three of the people working there. The tone of the interview was very formal. They asked about previous job experience and transferable skill. The entire process took less than a month. Overall a very positive experience.
