Two Hour Response
That’s as long as it will take to respond to an emergency call. At that time your technician will diagnose the situation and potentially solve the problem over the phone. If not, your technician will be on site within four business hours of your request for service.
Your equipment will perform to manufacturer’s specifications for the term of your lease or we will replace it with one of equal or greater capabilities. If we can’t repair a problem in your office, we’ll provide a loaner at no charge.
Training & Support
Your staff will receive free training and support on the most effective ways to implement and utilize the installed solutions. And we’ll have the supplies required to operate your equipment in stock and ready for next day delivery.
All of our technicians are certified and factory trained. They work in assigned territories, so they are never far from your office. Our technicians travel with a substantial inventory of spare parts, allowing them to repair most problems on the first call.
Our leasing and trade-in programs provide the upgrade flexibility to change equipment if necessary and access new technology without penalties.

What drew me to Centric and what has kept me at Centric is the people that I work with. From the top down they foster a positive, team-focused environment. Every person I work with is very willing to help and go out of their way to do so. They also do a great job of recognizing people for going above and beyond with different management or peer awards. Manager are very open to all ideas and suggestions about improvements within the company. I have had a chance to work in two different roles with the company and in both I have felt like I had a chance to impact the company. Centric is growing rapidly because they go about business in the correct way by always putting the customer first in all aspects of the organization. It is definitely a company that you can feel proud about being part of because of this approach and the quality products they offer.
Overall my experience has been great and I can't think of much I would change about my time with the company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Centric Business Systems (McLean, VA) in January 2015.
Standard phone interview and in-person follow up with recruiter. This is followed by an interview with a branch manager accompanied by a personality test. After completing these steps you will be scheduled for a 2-3 hour in-field ride along with a current Rep. Surprisingly, this is not the last step as you will be asked to come back and give a 15 minute presentation which they will reschedule.
