Centrify offers the Cigna PPO Plan, HMO Plan and the HSA (High Deductible Health Plan) in all states, as well as the Kaiser in select locations across the United States. All medical plans offer a broad array of services, including hospital and physician services, prescription drugs, and preventive benefits. Your home ZIP code determines the plans that are available to you and your eligible dependents, including your children, your spouse or domestic partner. Centrify pays approximately 100% of the cost for the employee and, on average, approximately 75% of the cost for dependents. Your pretax contribution varies with the medical plan you choose.
The dental plan through Cigna includes preventive, basic and major coverage, as well as orthodontia coverage. Centrify pays 100% of the cost for the employee and, on average, approximately 75% of the cost for dependents.
The Cigna vision plan provides scheduled benefits for annual eye exams, eyeglass frames, and lenses. Centrify pays 100% of the cost for the employee and, on average, approximately 75% of the cost for dependents.
Centrify provides Cigna Basic Group Life Insurance equal to one times your annual base salary to a maximum of $250,000, with a minimum amount of $10,000. Your Basic Life coverage includes Enhanced Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage equal to one times the life benefit to a maximum of $250,000.
Long Term Disability coverage is provided through Cigna, benefits begin 90 days after you become disabled, providing 60% of your salary to a maximum of $10,000 per month. Employees are covered for Short Term Disability by the individual state plans and Cigna as well.
You may contribute up to 90% of your compensation on a tax-deferred basis to the Centrify 401(k) Plan through Fidelity, up to the annual IRS elective deferral limit. Your contributions are always 100% vested. While Centrify does not currently match contributions, we do have it as an item for future consideration.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Centrify provides a Paid Time Off (PTO) program that lets you choose how to use your time off — whether for vacation, personal business, illness, children’s school events, religious observances, or any number of reasons. Depending on your length of continuous service, you’ll be eligible for 15 to 20 days each calendar year. In addition, you’ll receive paid common holidays each year: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day, as well as three other holidays to equal 11 holidays per year.
Flexible Spending Accounts
The Health Care and Day Care Flexible Spending Accounts through TLC allow you to make pretax contributions to designated accounts from which you can be reimbursed for eligible expenses. You can participate in one or both accounts, and contribute a maximum of $2,500 to Health Care and $5,000 to Day Care per calendar year.
Centrify offers an optional Employee funded AFLAC program which includes Short-Term Disability, Accident Indemnity, Cancer Indemnity & Hospital Indemnity. These deductions are administered through Centrify payroll after meeting AFLAC eligibility criteria.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Centrify’s Employee Assistance Program provides complimentary confidential help in resolving personal and work related difficulties. EAP gives professional consultation, assessments, and referrals for employees. This program is administered by Cigna.
Commuter Benefit Program
The Commuter Benefit Program provides tax savings for eligible commuting and parking expenses per IRS guidelines. Offered through Commuter Check, the plan lets regular and part-time employees pay for mass transit and parking on a pretax basis.
Charitable Organizations Volunteer Program
Centrify supports the need for employees to take time off to volunteer for community programs that are of either personal interest or are corporate sponsored initiatives.

I have been working at Centrify full-time (More than 3 years)
Centrify is growing 40% year-over-year. They keep improving on their core software: identity and priv. management across cloud and datacenter. This provides for an exciting work environment to support, sell and be a major part of. C-level mgmt know what they are doing to build a company (and software) from scratch. Employees are treated well and compensated accordingly. Anyone that leaves Centrify usually ends right back at Centrify.
It is really hard to find a reason to leave.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Centrify (Santa Clara, CA).
Had a friend refer me for a product marketing role. After being ignored for what seemed like months, I finally heard that the hiring manager wanted to speak with me. I was ready to speak with her, but then I was contacted by their HR person saying that she had to screen me first. My conversation with the HR representative was extremely poor. She was very nitpicky and was fixated on my "lack" of direct domain experience even though I clearly explained to her how I fit the role from both a hard and soft skill perspective. By the end of the conversation, she practically demanded that I give her my salary information on the spot -- something which I never do (and frankly, no one should either -- my past salary experience should have no bearing on my interest in the role). At the end of the day, I was informed that the hiring manager decided to continue looking at other candidates - considering that the position was open for months before I even talked with her, I definitely wish her the best of luck in finding that unicorn that fits her needs because given my knowledge of the space, she was going to need it -- especially since she didn't have it herself.
