These transactions are closely analyzed by Hadoop, Pentaho, neo4Js, R and some proprietary technologies that turn data into actionable insight.     Pros

    The culture is remarkable! I would consider every single person on my team fun to be around. They're always there for you if you need support. The compensation is satisfying, the benefits are great (Free office massages & free food), the holiday schedule PHENOMENAL (Ferris Bueller Days), monthly social events, and the company is growing rapidly.

    A lot of young driven employees, competitive market.

    Application Details

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Centro in August 2014.

    Interview Details

    Introduced to the opportunity by a 3rd party recruiter. Phone screen with HR, then national department director, then hiring manager, then panel in-person interview. I did the initial phone screens with HR and the national department manager within a week and then they decided to table this position (and all hiring company wide) for about 6 weeks. Once the process proceeded, I had a phone call with the hiring manager and then an in person interview with the hiring manager and a few staff members within ten days. The interview questions themselves weren't very difficult, there were questions on background and a few technical questions as well.

    I thought I knocked it out of the park and got along really well with the staff that I interviewed with and impulsively checked my e-mail and phone messages for the next few days expecting an offer. After about a week I resigned myself to the fact that it was unlikely to happen and when I got a call a couple of weeks later confirming that they had moved on with another candidate, I wasn't surprised. Although, the hiring manager told me it was roughly 6 months from his last interview to when they offered him a position, so I guess you never know with these guys.
