401(k) employer match – Centro sponsored retirement plans allow you to save for retirement by contributing dollars and we will match your contributions up to 4%.

3 weeks paid vacation – Centro provides employees three weeks paid vacation per year in the first three years of full-employment. The longer you are with Centro, the more vacation days you get!
10 ‘Ferris Bueller’ personal days – We provide our employees with 10 days per calendar year to use for sick days, floating holidays, and personal days. That way, you don’t need to use your vacation days for these special cases.
12 paid holidays – In addition to the paid vacation days and ‘Ferris Bueller’ days, Centro gives 12 paid holidays along with some fun perks like closing down the office early before holiday weekends!
Change the World Day – One day a year, you can choose to volunteer your time to a charity or non-profit event of your choice!
Extensive medical and dental plan – There is no need to worry about seeing a doctor or going to the hospital. Our extensive health and dental plans allow you to go to any doctor with great savings when you use doctors and hospitals inside the network.
Free vision insurance – The vision plan provides reimbursement for vision related services such as eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.
Free preventative care – Through our comprehensive health insurance plans, you and your dependent receive free preventative at no added cost.
Centro funded HSA Accounts – We provide our employees on the medical plan with a health savings account. This allows them to save on deductible and other out-of-pocket expenses on a tax-free basis by paying through the HSA account. Employees can also contribute addition pre-tax dollars.
Free short and long-term disability – If you become ill or injured and are unable to work, these plans replace a portion of your income for a defined period of time.
Free Group Term life insurance – All full-time employees are eligible for group term life insurance that will pay your designated beneficiary in case of death or dismemberment.
Pre-tax dependent care – With the help of a Flexible Spending Account, you can set aside pre-tax dollars in an account to pay for qualified dependent care expenses.

Paid 3 week sabbatical every 4 years – Employees are eligible and encouraged to take a three week continuous sabbatical in their fifth year of full-time employment.

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks – interviewed at Centro.Interview Details
I applied through their website and got a pretty quick response back. The first phone interview was through their HR department. They asked about my background and what I was looking for in a new position. After about 15 minutes with that person they said they would give my information from the interview to the Accounting Manager and if she wanted to speak with me they would be in contact. They were very prompt at getting back to me and I set up the second interview for later that week. The next interview talked a little more in depth about my background and experience as well as my ability to commute and other job requirements. They were very receptive to any questions I had for them about the position and I thought the interview went quite well. Although I didn't receive an offer, I would still rate it as a good interview and a good overall experience with both people I spoke with.Interview Questions
