I have been working at Century Aluminum full-time

Position offers flexible hours. You basically create your own start and stop times; however, must remain consistent on hours worked.

Demanding job. Always on call and do get called at all hours of the night. Regularly required to come into the plant at night when called.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Century Aluminum (Sebree, KY) in July 2014.

Was easy interview. Did not ask too many techincal questions. They are more interested in the person than the past experience. They look for good attitudes. Dont show up in a suit, they dont wear them there.
