    Pros

CPC is the best training place in Sri Lanka for chemical and process Engineering student. It consist of almost all the processes related to chemical and process Engineering as well as other associated Engineering operations.

    Cons

they have not adopted new technologies to the operations. as this is state own entity, efficiency is at a very low stage.

    Advice to Management

this has a potential to perform more than the current state. for that they must focus on new technologies rather than restricting in to conventional methods.
