    Positive Outlook
    Positive Outlook

Chamberlain upholds the values that are important to me, such as teamwork, care for self and others, integrity, accountability, and quality improvement. These values aren't just words--the school really lives these values. You can feel the care and support from everyone.

I can't think of any cons. This is the best place I have ever worked in my long career.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, and keep trying to do it better and better. A school that can have such a caring culture in the cutthroat world of academics is a school that will attract and keep the kind of people I want to work with.

    Difficult Interview

The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Applied online, got contacted to do 2 assessments. From there I had a phone interview and then was brought in for an in person interview with 3 people, including the Dean of Admissions. Phone interview was quite simple, but the in person interview was a bit difficult.

    Interview Questions

    • Roleplaying seemed to be key to the in person interview about how you would get a potential student to agree to fill out an application.   Answer Question
