Chamberlain upholds the values that are important to me, such as teamwork, care for self and others, integrity, accountability, and quality improvement. These values aren't just words--the school really lives these values. You can feel the care and support from everyone.
I can't think of any cons. This is the best place I have ever worked in my long career.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing, and keep trying to do it better and better. A school that can have such a caring culture in the cutthroat world of academics is a school that will attract and keep the kind of people I want to work with.

The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Applied online, got contacted to do 2 assessments. From there I had a phone interview and then was brought in for an in person interview with 3 people, including the Dean of Admissions. Phone interview was quite simple, but the in person interview was a bit difficult.
- Roleplaying seemed to be key to the in person interview about how you would get a potential student to agree to fill out an application. Answer Question
