I have been working at Charles Industries full-time

    Pros

Has decent benefits and offers flex time. The owner is a progressive thinker, however, he is not involved in the day to day operations and relies what is being told to him which in most cases is very colored.

    Cons

Not supportive of women in the work force, however if you are a male, there is growth potential. For technology company it is very outdated in its computers and software.

    Advice to Management

Start being respectful of your employees by being open about business and being honest.
