    Pros

    40 hour min if you are willing to work. Overtime is normally available. Leadership is knowledgeable.

    Cons

    Getting used to overtime and getting cut to 40 hours. Steep learning curve on some machines.

    Keep up the good work. Keep telling your employees when they are doing well.
