    I worked at Chefs’ Warehouse full-time for more than 3 years


    Chef's Warehouse is a good fit for people that are independant and resourceful. Leadership is Metric driven and sticks to published key performance indicators. Leadership is hands off unless you ask for help proactively...they will respond and help if needed.


    Some growing pains due to rapid expansion. The organizational chart and software systems were usually changing to accomodate increased revenue or acquisitions. This environment can be challenging to people who are technoligically challenged or resitant to change
