    Pros

    They put people first. Leadership focuses on people, safety and performance. The compensation and benefits package are phenominal. I feel very fortunate to work for such a great company.

    Cons

    The growth opportunities can be a bit challenging within Oronite. Work-life balance can also be a challenge based on work location.

    I applied through my university by emailing the recruiter my resume. She called me back for an interview about a week later. I had to wait more than two weeks before I got impatient and called the recruiter about the decision. She had totally forgotten, and after checking with the managers gave me an offer.
