    Great benefits, treated with respect, pay is good, work schedule, people are great.


    Limited upward mobility, pay for performance leaves something to be desired. Promotions tend to be more politics than work related. Some managers tend to be closed minded.

    Advice to Management

    Need a formal compensation policy for days worked out of schedule, salary employees get punished for working weekends and nights due to no formal policy.

    Took place at my university. It was my first interview so I'm not sure how it compares to others, thought it seemed pretty straight forward. Mostly behavioral questions but there were some technical. Are you a team player? give an example. How do you handle conflict? There is a big emphasis on safety.
