I have been working at Chicago Fire Soccer Club full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great work atmosphere. Fun initiatives to promote growth. Get to work in sports. They do plenty of fun activities for the staff. Legit health care.

    Cons

the biggest challenge working here would be the lack of growth one has to advance their career. the job becomes very stagnant. Work on weekends a lot.
