I have been working at ChildFund International full-time

Wonderful mission; great people to work with. They really care about what they are doing. ChildFund is always striving to improve its work so that it will have an even greater impact on the children it is trying to help. Takes financial accountability very seriously. Great senior leadership team.

Lean staffing structure. Staff are asked to do a lot. Some step up to the plate, others don't and they spoil it for others. A few bad hires were made but they left the organization last year which was a good thing.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and fighting the good fight.!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ChildFund International.

One interview with panel and one interview with hiring manager. I got a bad vibe from the process and should have listened to my gut.... it did not work out to be a good fit for me.
