    Pros

The organization has a great mission and potential to grow. A lot of work is done in collaboration with other organizations which is a great networking tool.

    Cons

There is a lot of turnover. Employees do not last here long and the hours can be overwhelming. The leadership at the top is hardly challenged.

    Interview

Two interviews before offer (Standard for C@R, sometimes they'll do 3+ because of poor scheduling and senior staff aren't in the office). Standard questions on resume, nothing complicated. Just make sure to know details about C@R & the job description. Be prepared for them to suggest a different position that you didn't apply for and that doesn't fit your skill set. CEO acts like there's no room for negotiation on salary but you can "talk again in a few months" (Don't fall for this. He low-balls salary and you won't be taken seriously for a raise unless you threaten to walk.)

    Interview Questions

    • How weird are you? (incredibly awkward) Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years?   Answer Question
