    Pros

They care about their employees. Raises have been good. Take great care of children.

    Cons

High census. Often closes units or floors due to being full. Long wait times in ER. Inadequate staffing to meet demands. On call shifts.

    Advice to Management

Work on keeping employees happy to prevent so much turn over and burn out. Give bonus equally to all floors not just PICU.
