    Pros

Growth well in the North America region. A great follower of other airlines.

    Cons

Too much politics. If you know how to play around and blow whichever the wind blows, you survive. Doesn't have any benefits. The CEO of the company cuts off every single dime of employees' benefits since he used to be an accountant.
