    Good company, good culture, team base working and close collaboration with others.

    Cons

    Big company, lack of supervision, lack of training and customer compliant is a problem. should face flight late problem and always overtime work.

Talked about operation process and ISSO implementation. Meet with all team member and talk about daily responsibilities. Site tour with supervisor and familiar with warehouse and working environment.
