    I worked at Chinatown Service Center full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great to learn if you are just starting a new career and good for Chinese community. I heard some new management members are making a big difference and company environment is getting better from my friends. Good to help people.

    Cons

    Head of company needs to be changed. He just started. He is not around and doesn't listen to staff and care. Poor speaking. Not effective & doesn't know business.

    Advice to Management

    Find a new leader.
