    It was a company that you could make a difference in. Your opinions were heard. It was a small company but had a large company feel. There were many opportunities.


    The Sales Directors that were hired ultimately did not mesh with Business Development and their teams that they lead. They looked good originally but really manipulated the hard workers there and were very lazy.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Chocolates À la Carte (Los Angeles, CA).


    Knew of the company from a previous position. When the position became available I found it online. Prior to going in for an interview had to fill out a preliminary set of questions and analysis. Very professional. Had a few rounds with various departments and management over 2 separate meetings. Total time from when first contacted to obtaining an interview was 2 weeks. Then found out within a week of the in-person interview the final decision. Was very thorough. Prepped me for the job and had a complete understanding of expectations.
