Smart, curious, diligent & enthusiastic employees have very good opportunities here. There are a bunch of different systems that support various parts of the business. Management is easy to talk to and collaborative with the teams.
It would be nice to know more about what is going on at the satellite offices. Some of those offices are major drivers for the performance of the place. It would make some things less abstract about the performance of the company.
Advice to Management
Keep up the collaborative communications with the departments. Remind people the vested that we are all in this together.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ChoiceStream.
HR contacted through email and connected with another person to schedule interviews. First telephonic round went well but second telephonic round took 3 weeks. There was so much confusion and mismanagement during second round. First week was told for a certain time and interviewer didn't show up. Second week me and interviewer kept on waiting from both ends since coordinator didn't share contact details and clarified who will initiate the call. Finally we were able to talk on third week.
