I have been working at Christie's as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Great works of art that you can encounter every now and then/ nice group of people/ opportunity to get to know the art world better/ fast-paced and engaging

    Cons

As an intern, sometimes work could be repetitive and tedious. They have programs designed for interns yet the engagement rate is rather low.
