I have been working at CiCi Enterprises

    Pros

Fresh, made for you experience for the family. Able to make a difference each day with the operation.

    Cons

Politics and money should never take precedent over the operation of the brand and satisfaction of the guest - NEVER.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In a couple of years the brand will complete a re-evolution and surge to where is should be. It will only happen with accountability, innovative product development, local marketing campaigns, and strong leadership.

    Brand Excellence Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Dallas, TX
Anonymous Interview Candidate in Dallas, TX
    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at CiCi Enterprises in April 2011.

    Interview Details

A lengthy process. Be prepared for multiple interviews over several months with weeks without calls. The company is tightly knit, but once you are on board you are family. They will go out of their way to provide support to you, however, their income is derived from franchisee fees. If they don't make money, the company doesn't. Within two years a new culture will evolve with new franchisees and removal of those that operated tired, dirty restaurants.

    Interview Questions
    • what would you do with a argumentative franchisee that operates dirty restaurants, is down in sales, doesn't support the corporate philosophy and programs, and has re-routed all complaints to their home with in store comment cards. Remember they are the franchisee (owner of the license) and you are a consultant.   Answer Question
