    I have been working at Ciber full-time (more than 3 years)


    Local management very good, if local to the HQ some of the benefits like box seats were up for grabs if the VIP's did not need them.


    They could not focus on or work with DoD type jobs. They ended up selling the division to get out of that business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide better options to accessing job resources for the tech folks. Select a better method on workers that go over the max vacation amounts. Notification in e-mail, on the pay stub would be good methods to use when the employees are in a use/lose period.

    Phone interview with Ciber HR and Client's QA manager and senior employee with same experience. Questions were basic questions regarding the position I was applying for. Once hired, there is employee orientation from both Ciber and the client.
