Interviewed about 3 times there, nice genuine people. A lot of behavioral questions. A lot of 3 people interviews, meaning you have to take the day off. Interviews were not hard, but be prepared to answer a lot of questions. CIGNA employees were well prepared to ask questions, a lot of interaction throughout the interview process.
