I have been working at Cinram full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

New owners, improved cash flow, Great people to work with, stability for full time Cinram staff. Good Benefits

    Cons

few or negligible raises, not much advancement opportunity, no vacation for a year (can't take it as you accrue it). Old technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership is above average, keeps you in the know, update the old equipment that is decades old in some cases to prevent severe down time and panic production situations.
