    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Citi Trends (Waco, TX) in July 2015.

    Interview

Had multiple phone and face to face interviews. Overall it took about a month to get everything sorted out. Honestly the process took too long but the employees said it was a good company.

    Negotiation

I was asked my rate per hour and told them my preferred rate. But they did low ball me in the end.
