Individuals who enable and support Technology Services Global’s solution design and delivery operations through leading/providing/undertaking a range of activities across one or more areas of specialist knowledge. These colleagues design and deliver technology solutions or components as part of a specific change event and provide technical guidance/development/configuration and management services for technologies, platforms and products.
Individuals who work with end-users and stakeholders to determine their strategic and operational needs by analyzing business systems, products and processes and identifying options for improvement, enabling the business to achieve its goals.

Licensing paid for, Continuing education and opportunities are vast. Show you are a top colleague through sales results and you will gain consideration for promotion and other opportunities. Company has just gone public and is in a P&L mindset where profitable employees will be valued.
This employer is for those who are willing to sacrifice some personal life. Many Saturday's necessary and Licensing is self-study from home.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Citizens Bank.
Two phone interviews and two in-person interviews. The phone interviews were from recruiters and then one with Branch Manager and the other with District Manager at the branch at the same day. Everyone was very polite and nice. After I got job offer they took 3 weeks to do background check which is too long in my opinion. After that they fixed the start date.
