    Pros

Citrix was a great company on the road to a billion. Great products, happy customers, good lifestyle in Florida...

    Cons

Florida is seen as non-strategic, culture of distrust. management disconnected with the people who actually work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company lost its soul because everyone is afraid of being truthful to Mark Templeton, the CEO. Mark see's descent as disloyalty and eventually gets you fired....indirectly as he doesn't have the guts to fire anyone directly! Build a solid management team, take some risks and maybe you will have a future...
