I have been working at Citrus Valley Health Partners

They have good employee retention. The employees on each floor work well with each other, and provide support when needed.

Not enough staff members to take on the overload of patients. Minimum room for growth within the hospital. They don't like giving overtime, period.

    Advice to Management

Don't reprimand your employees for overtime when it is incumbent of your employees to make sure the patients needs are fully covered.

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Citrus Valley Health Partners (West Covina, CA) in March 2013.

I was contacted immediately and the recruiter accommodated me when I scheduled an interview. I was traveling 6+ hours for the interview because I intend to relocate. She was very informative about the job requirements and what training would entail. Her questions were probing and well-crafted. I was told that I would hear from her in a few days, via e-mail or phone call. I was not contacted after the interview and follow-up calls.
