    Pros

Management was nice, but that depends which store you are at. Pay is good compared to other retail stores. Employees are nice and make your work experience better. You can learn a lot about shoes and sport equipment, and get some free stuff (including shoes) at seminars. Flexible hours, freedom to choose your own.

    Cons

Not a super exciting place to work.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at City Sports.

    Interview

General questions on experience and how to interact with customers. The higher the position, the more detailed the questions get. Open availability during the week and weekends plays well. Mainly they want to know past experiences in interacting with customers of all difficulty levels. Product knowledge can easily be taught, but team players and great customer service is something else.
