Former Employee - Media and Marketing Intern in Indianapolis, IN

I worked at City of Indianapolis as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the amount of responsibility, care, and experience I gained through my internship with the Mayor's Office.

    Cons

The lack of training made it hard at moments to accommodate my supervisors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would require a better system for training all interns to maximize the experience and productivity.
