    Location, I could have worked elsewhere and made more, but the commute would have been a lot worse


    that lack of defined goals for personnel to advance. Salary stagnation compared to inflation; Leadership/supervisors have poor management skills, show little desire to grow as leaders and seem to show an affinity for nepotism

    Advice to Management

    Look at holding your leadership/supervisors to a higher standard
