The health and other benefits are okay and there are opportunities to gain new job skills.
There are very few opportunities for advancement and it seems like promotions aren't based on merit, but on if the management likes you or not. The pay isn't great and the performance based raises are barely enough to cover cost of living increases. Workers are often asked to go above and beyond and take on many responsibilities outside of their job descriptions without recognition or raises.
