    some of the pre-GE iCare" philosophy is still there. people are very friendly and ready to work with.


    benefits package is somewhat below average in my opinion especially on the health insurance portion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    i still remember the quote you said "train them ready to leave but motivate them to stay" please keep us motivated.
