Clarifire – Why Work For Us?

Clarifire is an innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provider specializing in web-based business process automation through its CLARIFIRE® application.

Clarifire is the developer of CLARIFIRE®, a configurable, web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that automates complex workflows into simpler processes. CLARIFIRE technology is on one platform, one access point, and one view for all data, images, contacts, communications, and processes. The CLARIFIRE technology is easy to use and universally applicable to any industry.

Where We Come From

CLARIFIRE® was conceived nearly two decades ago when founder Jane Mason was the COO of a multi-discipline law firm that, in her view, was mired in processes. Finding no single software solution that managed workflow to her satisfaction, Jane hired programmers in-house to create an application that would:

The solution proved so effective that one of the firm's clients purchased the technology. Jane decided it was time to start her own company.

Clarifire - a woman-owned and Small Business/GSA Accepted organization - is now a leader in business process automation.

Where We Are Now

Armed with the versatile CLARIFIRE product line, process-centric enterprises are empowered to automate workflow, optimize processes and bypass competitors who are slow to modernize. Offering Web-based Software-as-a-Service solutions that range from a la carte "accessories" to comprehensive, customized instances of the CLARIFIRE application, Clarifire delivers timeless workflow automation that is truly "brighter."

Clarifire clients include Fortune 500 companies and the largest investors in the U.S. financial services industry. According to Inc. magazine, eMASON, Inc. (dba Clarifire) is among the nation's 500 fastest-growing private companies.

Wellness Fair

Clarifire hosted its 3rd annual Wellness Fair as part of its commitment to give back to all of the employees who drive its success.  Health care providers were on hand to answer questions before open enrollment and employees were able to tap a wide range of services, like massage therapy, flu shots and vision screening. Our Wellness Committee is already working on next year’s fair and how the company can continue to help all employees be their healthy best.

Great American Clean-Up

On March 16th volunteers from Clarifire and Keep Pinellas Beautiful rallied together to participate in
the Great American Clean-up. About 30 people got together and collected hundreds of pounds of
garbage. Clearwater parks and waterways have never been cleaner! It was a great event for a
wonderful cause.

Lunch With An Innovator

The Architecture and Software Delivery team hosted the first in a series of “Lunch With An Innovator” gatherings. Employees from twelve other departments in the company had a chance to learn what the Architecture & Software Delivery teams do, while also getting to know each other which is hard to do these days with over 200 employees. It was a wonderful opportunity to see how the various departments affect each other, and to get insight into the challenges and successes identified by the innovators, Sal Pupura and Todd Edwards

Opportunities, opportunities, opportunities! With Clarifire being one of the fastest growing companies in America, it has so many growth and learning opportunities that come with being an employee here. Any fast paced experiences or changes within Clarifire have proven to be for the better of the culture and employees here. The benefits are incredible, and the company always plans a handful of events throughout the year for not just the employees but their families as well.

Some people are not as susceptible to change and growth as others are, so you may run into employees who are less open to fast paced changes.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Clarifire in August 2014.

    Interview Details

One phone interview and two in person interviews. Met with the team lead and director of the department then with the manager. Interviews went well. Process was coordinated and smooth. Interviews were very straight forward and included details about the position, department, and company.

I was contacted by HR with verbal offer then emailed full packet of offer letter and other paperwork. I accepted and returned packet with a start date in 2 weeks.

I was called by HR on Thursday before my start date (3 days from then) and told offer was rescinded due to budget cuts. I later heard the company had a large layoff the next day.
